I loved my stay here, especially because the old-world charm of the bar and restaurant made each meal feel special. The warm welcome from Kim made me feel right at home, truly a lovely place for a single traveler to explore the beautiful sites around town.

i had a lovely stay at playden oasts hotel, the rooms were super quaint and comfy. the staff was really friendly and made me feel at home. the breakfast was cookd perfectly and there was a good atmosphere in the restaurant. i loved that it was a short walk to rye, which was real nice. the bar was cozy and inviting too, perfect for winding down after a day out.

the lighting in the bathroom was kinda poor, which made it a bit hard to see. also, there was some noise from the traffic outside that woke me up a bit early.

We had a comfy night in a nice room with a lovely view. The bed was great, and it was super clean too! Breakfast was decent, and the bar downstairs had a chill vibe. Only bummer was that the dining area felt a bit packed during peak hours, so we waited a bit for a table. good experience!

The lighting in the washing area felt a bit dim and could use some improvement. a brighter setup would make morning routines smoother. A few items during breakfast were undersized, like the single poached egg and the small rasher of bacon, which left me craving more. the window in our room was broken, not shutting properly, which was a tad distracting during the night.

This charming place is perfect for me with excellent wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and delicious meals. The staff once gave me great dining tips during my first stay. Highly recommend! I’ll be back for the weekend.

Had a one-night stay with friends. The room was dated and had cobwebs, which was a bit off-putting. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and service was lacking, especially during meals. The bar area was cozy though. Breakfast was good, but the noise from the bar below and the thin walls were quite annoying. it's okay but could use improvements.
